WHO IS BEHIND HEDGEHOG STITCHES?
Hi, I’m Cara. I’m the person behind Hedgehog Stitches, a full-time student with a passion for creating. I started Hedgehog Stitches with the goal of making accessories people can treasure, whether that’s a knitted hat they use every winter or fingerless gloves they want to gift to friends.
The stitches part of Hedgehog Stitches? Well, that comes into three categories: knitting, crocheting and sewing. Making products for my Etsy shop lets me fulfil my obsession with yarn and fabric whilst sharing my creativity with a broader audience. When CEL reached out to collaborate, I couldn’t wait to challenge myself to design the new headbands.
Why am I working with ‘CantEvenLift’? Firstly, I love their commitment to sustainability. Having a brand that actively works to be more planet-friendly is a must these days and knowing your new gym wear has had an as little environmental impact as possible is awesome. Secondly, I want to help provide those comfortable accessories that keep you active even when it's winter, and you don’t want to be outside. Finally, I can’t even lift, and I take comfort from a sportswear brand that’s okay with that.
